how to make butter prawn
INGREDIENTS
12 prawns
25 grams butter
35 grams coconut (desiccated or grated)
1 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons sugar
0.5 teaspoons salt
2 garlic cloves
1 shallots
3 bird-eye chillies
4 curry leaf stalks
corn starch
STEPS TO PREPARE
1. Lightly toast desiccated coconut until
light brown. Remove from pan.
2. Coat prawns with corn flour. Fry prawns
and remove from pan.
3. In a clean pan, melt butter at low heat.
4. Add curry leaves, garlic and bird eye
chillies.
5. Season with some salt and sugar. Stir fry
the ingredients until curry leaves curl.
6. Add fried prawns, desiccated coconut and
soy sauce.
7.Mix well and serve.
