How to make Puteri Mandi

Hai u all… today I want to share recipe tea times. The recipe I want to share is a Puteri Mandi. This recipe is easy to prepare. I learned from cooking television show. Today I first made a puteri mandi and the result became. You all should try this recipe.

PUTERI MANDI




Ingredient A

1 cup rice floor
2-3 drops yellow food coloring
¾ cup warm water

Ingredient B

¾ palm sugar
1 cup fresh grated coconut, mixed with ½ tsp. salt.



Methods of Cooking


  1. Pour 1 cup rice flour into bowl with 3/4 warm water 
  2. Then, mix the rice flour with the warm water and yellow food coloring into a firm but flexible dough
  3. Pull off a dough and shape it into a ball with approximately 1- inch in diameter
  4. Prepare a pot half filled with water and bring it to a boil.
  5. Then, drop the balls into the boiling water.
  6. Remove the balls with a spoon once they float to the water surface 
  7. After that, prepare for ingredient B
  8. Pour 3/4 cup palm sugar with 3/4 cup warm water and pandan leaf into pot
  9. When the palm sugar become boiling, put 1 cup fresh grated coconut together with 1/2 tsp salt.
  10. Lastly, but not lease put all cooked dough and mix all together for while 
  11. Then, already to eat
  12. Serve at room temperature and this recipe prepare for 45 ball
